Sub-Themes 1: Curriculum and Instruction in Digital Transformation
- Focuses on how curricula and instructional practices are being redesigned to integrate digital tools and respond to the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.
Sub-Themes 2: Assessment and Quality Assurance
- Explores innovative approaches to evaluating learning outcomes and ensuring educational quality, particularly in technology-enhanced learning environments.
Sub-Themes 3: Educational Technology and Innovation
- Highlights the role of emerging technologies such as AI, VR, AR, and data analytics in transforming teaching, learning, and school management.
Sub-Themes 4: Human Skills and Future Competencies
- Emphasizes the development of essential soft skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, and emotional intelligence to complement technological advancements.
Sub-Themes 4: Inclusive and Sustainable Education
- Addresses strategies to ensure equitable access to education and promote sustainability in learning environments, aligning with global goals like SDGs.
The conference will provide a platform for researchers and practitioners in education to share their latest advances and practices in each sub-theme area related to achieving inclusive quality education for all learners. The conference will also foster cross-disciplinary interactions to broaden the scope of innovative research and practices in education and encourage the development of more synergistic modes of research and practices. In this way, the conference will contribute to the enhancement of identity in the thematic research communities and encourage new strands of thought to link all topical areas.
All the accepted full papers are eligible for the competitions of:
- Best Overall Paper Award (both oral and poster presentation)
- Best Student Paper Award (both oral and poster presentation and restricted to papers whose first authors are graduate or undergraduate students)
- Best Technical Design Paper Award (both oral and poster presentation)
The ICER2025 invites submissions for abstract and/or full papers for both oral and poster presentations. Scholars and advanced graduate students worldwide whose research extend beyond a single-country site are encouraged to submit to the conference. Papers may be submitted to be presented at paper sessions or poster sessions.
Before uploading your papers to the system, please ensure that you have followed the following instructions:
1) Ensure that you have adhered to the 250-word abstract and page limits for the full paper (8-10 pages)
2) Ensure that you have followed the formatting instructions in the abstract and paper template file.

2.2) The FULL PAPER format template is available.
2.3) The POSTER format template is available.
3) Please register and submit your papers for ICER2025 via ICER2025.
The conference will have a single-blind review, i.e. the authors of the submitting papers will not know who their referees are, while the referees will be aware of the authors of the papers that they are reviewing. Therefore, anonymization is not required in the submitted manuscripts.
How to Use EasyChair to Submit an article
Registration:
- Go to the EasyChair ICER2025 site.
- If you already have an EasyChair account then login, else first create an EasyChair account (please use the email address that the PC chair will use to contact you, if you are a PC member).
Submitting Papers:
- In EasyChair, click either the enter as an author link or New Submission button (what link is available depends on whether you have submitted before), and choose the sub-conference.
- Enter the information about your paper, click Submit, and EasyChair will send you a confirmation email.
Viewing Your Submissions:
- Click My Submissions to see all your papers.
Updating Information about Papers:
- Click My Submissions
- Choose the paper!.
- Click Update Information to modify the Title, Abstract, Category, or Keywords
- Click Change Information
