Submission:
We invite abstract submissions for individual paper presentations and/or posters. All presentations and abstracts should be delivered and submitted in English. The abstract should be between 200-250 words in length and include the goals of the study, methodology, findings and discussion, implications, and significance of the study. The abstract will be reviewed based on the quality of the writing and research, and whether it is of interest to the ICER audience.
- Deadline for submission of Abstract or Full Papers: July 15th, 2024 (Hard Deadline)
- Deadline for Camera-ready (Final) Papers: August 7th, 2024 (Hard Deadline)
- Email notification of acceptance or rejection: July 30th, 2024 (Hard Deadline)
Registration:
Conference registration is required for attendance and presentation at the conference. Presenters of papers must register and make payment by the deadline below. Otherwise, your abstract will be withdrawn from the conference.
- Authors’ registration deadline: July 15th, 2024 (Hard Deadline) (Authors of accepted papers must register and pay by the deadline.)
- Late registrations are welcome, but your paper will not be included in the proceedings of the conference.
- Regular registration deadline: August 16th, 2024
