Submission:
We invite abstract submissions for individual paper presentations and/or posters. All presentations and abstracts should be delivered and submitted in English. The abstract should be between 200-250 words in length and include the goals of the study, methodology, findings and discussion, implications, and significance of the study. The abstract will be reviewed based on the quality of the writing and research, and whether it is of interest to the ICER audience.
- Deadline for submission of Abstract or Full Papers: September 8th, 2023 (Hard Deadline)
- Deadline for Camera-ready (Final) Papers: September 11th, 2023 (Hard Deadline)
- Email notification of acceptance or rejection: 5 days after the deadline for submission of Abstract or Full Papers
Registration:
Conference registration is required for attendance and presentation at the conference. Presenters of papers must register and make payment by the deadline below. Otherwise, your abstract will be withdrawn from the conference.
- Authors’ registration deadline: September 8th, 2023 (Hard Deadline) (Authors of accepted papers must register and pay by the deadline.)
- Late registrations are welcome, but your paper will not be included in the proceedings of the conference.
- A registrant may have at most TWO papers published in the proceedings of the conference.
- Regular registration deadline: September 8th, 2023
